This policy covers omnexna.com and the forms on it. It’s written to be read, so it’s short where it can be. If something isn’t clear, email support@omnexna.com.
1. Who we are
Omnexna Agency, LLC (“Omnexna”, “we”, “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company. We’re responsible for the personal information collected through this site.
Registered office / mailing address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713
Email: support@omnexna.com
Phone: +1 404-657-0474
2. What we collect
What you send us through a form. The free audit form asks for your name, email, website, the channels you’re interested in and your goal. You can also add a phone number, company name and a monthly ad spend band. The quote form asks for your name, email and a message, with optional website, channels, budget band, phone and company.
What you send us by email or phone. Whatever you choose to include, plus the email address or number you contact us from.
Technical information. When you visit, our hosting provider’s servers record standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. When you send a form, we use your IP address briefly for abuse prevention: we keep a one-way coded (hashed) version of it to count attempts. We never store the raw address in our form logs.
Form log. For each form submission we keep a short log entry: the time, which form, the hashed IP, whether it was sent or rejected, and a reference number. It doesn’t contain your name, email, website or message.
What we don’t collect. We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We don’t take payments on this site, so we never see card details. Please don’t send passwords, account logins or sensitive personal data (for example health, financial account or government ID details). We don’t ask for them and don’t need them.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you and to prepare the audit or quote you asked for.
- To follow up once about your audit results, if you requested an audit. You can tell us not to.
- To stop spam and abuse of our forms.
- To keep records of our conversations and, if you hire us, of our work together.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our legal rights.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies
We don’t use cookies or analytics on this site.
That means no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no embedded third-party content such as videos, maps or chat widgets. Our fonts are served from our own server. Because nothing is tracking you, there’s no cookie banner to click.
If we ever add analytics or anything that sets cookies, we’ll update this section first and give you a way to opt out where the law requires it.
5. Who we share it with
We only share personal information when we need to, and only with:
- Our hosting and email providers, who store and deliver the site and our email on our behalf.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, when we need their help.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold, merged or reorganized. They’d have to treat your information as this policy describes.
We don’t sell or rent lists, and we don’t share information with data brokers.
If you hire us. While we work in your ad accounts, analytics or Business Profile, we act on your instructions as a service provider. The data in those accounts is yours, and you’re responsible for the consent and privacy notices on your own website. That work is covered by our engagement agreement, and we can provide a data processing agreement on request.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn help pages. Their privacy practices are their own. Check their policies before you share anything with them.
7. How long we keep it
- Form log entries: deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Enquiries that don’t lead to work (form emails and related correspondence): deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Records for people who hire us: kept for the length of the engagement, then as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.
- Hosting server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.
8. How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and email is limited to the people who need it. Our forms use spam protection that doesn’t rely on third-party services.
No system is perfectly secure. Email in particular isn’t end-to-end encrypted, which is one more reason not to send passwords or sensitive information.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that’s wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop following up with you.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you these rights or others, such as the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we don’t do either). We handle every request the same way, wherever you live, and won’t treat you differently for making one.
How to ask. Email support@omnexna.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Tell us what you’d like and the email address you used with us. We may need to confirm it’s really you before we act, usually by replying to that address. Someone you’ve authorised can ask on your behalf; we’ll need proof of that authority.
How long it takes. We’ll reply within 45 days. If we need more time, which the law allows in some cases, we’ll tell you why within those 45 days.
If we say no. We’ll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal”. We’ll give you a written answer to your appeal within 45 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
10. California residents
Based on our current size and activities, we believe the California Consumer Privacy Act’s thresholds don’t currently apply to us. We still handle California residents’ information by the same principles and will honour reasonable requests made as described in section 9.
In the past 12 months we’ve collected the categories described in section 2: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information you choose to share (such as your website, channels and budget band) and internet activity (server request details). We collected them from you, for the purposes in section 3, and shared them only as described in section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. This site doesn’t track you across sites or sell personal information, so there’s nothing for those signals to switch off. If that ever changes, we’ll treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out.
12. Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
13. Where your information is processed
We’re a US business serving US businesses. Information you send us is processed and stored in the United States.
14. Marketing emails and texts
We don’t send newsletters or marketing emails, and we don’t send text messages. We’ll email you about your request, and call you only if you gave a number and asked for a call. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in and every email will include our postal address and a way to unsubscribe.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you before it takes effect, where we have a way to reach you.
